Ditto Ads exists because the existing AI ad creative tools shipped generic-looking output and called it good enough. We didn't think it was good enough.

Origin

We started Ditto after watching DTC brands burn weeks on ad creative production cycles that should take days. The pattern was always the same: a designer hands off a hero asset, the media buyer wants 30 variants by Friday, the AI tools they tried produced output that looked like "a DTC ad" but not like *their* DTC brand.

The core decision was to treat the brand kit — logos, colors, fonts, voice tones — as a hard constraint at the model layer rather than a prompt suggestion. Every generation respects the kit by default. That single decision shaped the rest of the product.
